SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

I will contact you when your order has been shipped and is on it's way.

Melody Nguyen Boutique is NOT responsible for delivery times and delays dependent on the carrier. Please be patient with shipping times, carriers are doing the best they can during high volume seasons.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

 

Lost packages – If you have not received an updated tracking information or package in over 60 days from the shipping date, Please contact your local USPS regarding the lost package. A reshipment may be available with the shipping cost being paid for by the customer.

REFUND POLICY

ALL JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS DURING THE PANDEMIC

We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, accessories, components, connectors, or charms.

​

If they arrive damaged or break within one week of receiving them,

please contact us.

​

If your jewelry arrives damaged,

or break within one week of purchase

we will replace them

OR

refund you the price of the jewelry.

 

NOTE: In some cases jewelry MUST be shipped back at buyer's shipping expense in order to receive a refund for the item.

(This is done on a case by case basis.)
